So yeah, I decided not to go for CCTI next year. One of the main reasons is that I don't want to obligate my friends and develop resentment. I also understand they have different desires. I don't think I deserve this advantage either. I also want to try for another country that I am interested in, which is very popular this time around.
First, God gave me the verses Joel 3:10 and Philippians 4:8. After my leaders told me to pray a bit more, God gave me Micah 7:7-8 and verse 12 to reaffirm the calling. It was talking about the fall of Israel’s enemies, but the part of “in that day they will come to you” gave me hope of a second chance at a country that I liked.
Also looking forward to next year's church camp since I'm not going for CCTI. It is the first combined church camp. At the previous camp, I had a good experience, but I was sick.
